Q. How do I place an order for my wedding?

A. Step One: We recommend that you set up a consultation before any quotes are given. Even if your wedding is very small, we need all the details to ensure that you get exactly what you want. Your

consultation should be set as early as possible, and should take around an hour.

Step two: At our first consultation, we suggest that you bring in any clipping, cutouts, magazines, books, swatches, or anything that may assist us in creating the perfect wedding. We will discuss colors, textures styles, designs, likes and dislikes.

Step Three: We send you a quote for review. Should you find the quote acceptable, you must sign a written contract (required) and pay a 25% deposit to secure your wedding date.

Step Four: A final consultation is set up 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. We will discuss every aspect of your order to ensure that everything is accurate. The balance is due in full, and any changes to your order must be made at this time. Failure to pay this balance may result in partial or full termination of your order. Additions may be made up to 3 days prior to the wedding date and must be paid at the time the order is placed. The exact flowers or products may not be available, in which case we will choose items that fit your wedding theme.

Additional consultations can be made at any time at no additional expense. We know how difficult it is to create a wedding, and that’s why you will have access to our after-hours phone line to discuss ideas or changes to your order.

Q. What is your delivery range? Is there a minimum purchase?

A. Any order over $100.00 gets free delivery anywhere on Oahu. No problem.

Q. What if we have an emergency, and need to contact you right away?

A. All my clients will have access to my mobile telephone number to contact me after hours. Weather it's an emergency, you are just concerned about your order or want to discuss an idea you may have, call me at any reasonable hour of the day/night and I will be glad to help.

Q. Do you set up on location?

A. Yes I do. Some of my Arch and Gazebo designs can not be pre-made and transferred so I prefer to create them on location to get the perfect look. Or at times a client may ask me to decorate a certain area of the ceremony or reception that needs to be done on-site.

Q. Do you have any rentals available?

A. We have a beautiful white Metal Gazebo (fits 4-5 people inside) for $75.00 and a White wire Arch for $35.00. A separate contract and refundable deposit is required.

Q. Do you ever use silk flowers?

A. At the request of my customer, I will be glad to provide beautiful, quality silk florals for their wedding.
